• Make a donation through our supporting foundation’s online donation form (processed by a third-party donation provider, see “Donations” below)

Donations

Online donations in support of Focus Day School are made through Project Focus, our supporting foundation, and are processed by a third-party donation and payment provider. When you donate, the information you enter (such as name, contact details, and payment information) is collected and processed by that provider under its own privacy and security practices. Donation and donor contact information needed to acknowledge and record your gift is shared with the foundation. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems.

How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only:

• With service providers who help us operate the Site and our programs (for example analytics, advertising measurement, donation processing, and email), who may use the information only to provide services to us
• When required by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, to maintain accurate donation and program records, and to meet legal, accounting, and reporting requirements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, including the right to request access to or deletion of your personal information and the right not to have your personal information sold (Focus Day School does not sell personal information). The Site is intended for parents, family members, caregivers, donors, volunteers, and partners, and is not directed to children.
